Head & Mind - Boxing and strength training help you reduce stress, trigger the production of endorphins, improve sleep and focus your mind.
Weight Loss - Boxing sessions burn more calories per minute than any other sport. Research shows a 70 kg athlete will consume up to 800 calories an hour compared to running or spinning at 600 calories per hour.
Balance and Coordination - A UBX workout is a lot more strategic than throwing a few random punches. From hooks and jabs to full body circuits and a combination of evasive movements is put together in sequence, is like a choreographed dance. Regular training improves balance, hand-eye coordination and agility.
Bone Density - Our methods are a great way to improve bone strength. The forces through the hands and arms stimulate bones to mineralise and strengthen, ultimately reducing the risk of injury.
